Visit with Mom in CT

This is my mom, Tyger, by the Christmas tree.  She is wearing a wool hat that I made with the brim turned to the side. If you zoom in on the picture you can see an ornament that is a picture of me in third grade!

Here I am wearing knitted brown legwarmers.  I made these for my mom a long time ago and I am glad she let me borrow them while I am here.  Now I know why everyone keeps asking for me to make them legwarmers!!

Great New Earrings

I love this pair so much!  Combining feathers with chain is very popular right now and I wish that I had more pairs like these.

This pair is so long!

This pair is in one of my classic styles, attatching beads to a chain for a flowing effect.  Here I have attatched pieces of light-colored young coconut shell.

Some New Funky Hats

New funky hat.  Makes me think of a weird dessert, maybe involving gram crackers and peach sorbet.

A Classic!  I saw this one on a snowboarder guy at Mt. Hood last winter.  I was in a complete blizzard and this hat totally stood out as it whizzed past.  I couldn't believe it was a guy who was wearing it but that is who has bought it more than once. Either a guy or a little girl buys this hat.

Another Classic!  I love it with two balls, not just one.

A new one.  I love orange and green and camo.

This one actually is a little girl's hat.  No snowboarder guys try and wear it please, you'll stretch it out.

I love this color grey so much.  And florecent orange!

Some solid beanies with brims. Only the brown one has a funky pompom.  There's that awesome grey again.  Beige has been popular lately too.

My Lovely Headband

I made this beaded flower with large beads and I thought it would be an earring.  It came out so big that it can't hold a rigid shape as an earring so I decided to sew it onto something.  This headband has a sparkly white edging with off-white, pink, orange and green matching the colors of the beads.  It ties in the back.

Sarai Knowledge and J RockA in Golden Gate Park, SF

Here is a cute picture of Sarai wearing one of my classic three-tones in brown and beige.  It is made with recycled red heart yarn.  Her and J RockA are amazing hip hop artists, among other things.  They showed me a great time while I was visiting in SF some weeks ago.  They are so fun and inspiring! Definately check out their music: http://www.justbetrue.com/

You guys are the coolest!!  Much love everytime.
