Here are some necklaces that I made awhile ago for my mom. The one above is made with shells from Vieques, PR and acai seeds and coconut from Brazil, on hemp. The one below is made with shells that I found in Mulege, Baja California, and beads from Lake Atitlan, Guatemala.

High Tide at Paine's Creek
This is one of my favorite beaches on Cape Cod. Isn't it beautiful? The tide is rushing into the marsh.
It is so lovely here even in the freezing wintertime. I am so thankful to have grown up here. The Cape inspires many artists, like my dear friend Taylor Armour, who makes handmade organic clothing. We used to take Fiber Art classes together at Cape Cod Community College. Today I visited her eco-boutique/design studio. It is called Fisherman's Daughter and it is behind the Post Office in Chatham. Her website is: http://www.fishermansdaughtermarket.com/

Visit with Mom in CT
This is my mom, Tyger, by the Christmas tree. She is wearing a wool hat that I made with the brim turned to the side. If you zoom in on the picture you can see an ornament that is a picture of me in third grade!
Here I am wearing knitted brown legwarmers. I made these for my mom a long time ago and I am glad she let me borrow them while I am here. Now I know why everyone keeps asking for me to make them legwarmers!!

Great New Earrings
I love this pair so much! Combining feathers with chain is very popular right now and I wish that I had more pairs like these.
This pair is so long!
This pair is in one of my classic styles, attatching beads to a chain for a flowing effect. Here I have attatched pieces of light-colored young coconut shell.
