Rastafari Crowns with Badges
These are two of my classic designs, solid camo with brim, and white ites, with badges I sewed on them. They look great-- my only complaint would be that they don't look handmade!

Mountain Hat
This hat is made with ribbon that I got in Cusco, Peru. It is neon green\yellow with gold embroidery. The hat is made with cream colored yarn. There are tassels on the earflaps and at the top and also puff balls all around in two rows. The ribbon is woven in and out. It was inspired by all the beautiful indian hats in Peru.
Ras Beaded Earrings
Four of these pairs of earrings all have red, green and gold. The two on the bottom are opposites of each other. they are made with a green I call the Julienne Green; it is a vintage olive color. The central pair at the top is grey with green and white. The other two, top right and top left, are the same except one has black details and the other gold.

Another Pinky
Hot pink yarn synched-up with royal blue and gold sparkly yarn from Mexico. Ribbed band at the bottom. Funky tweed effect.
Remy's Cable Hats
Here are two nice cable beanies that a long-time customer ordered recently. Below is his cute dog modeling another cable hat in aqua.
Below is a very sweet dog garment\coat\costume. I did not make that; it was a photo I came across and wanted to share. Little Lamb! It is funny sometimes the expressions that the dogs have in these pictures! Sorta startled or maybe annoyed. Or just patient. Hahaha!

Puff Paint
Did you ever play with puff paint as a child7 I did. This art has become popular again in some circles lately. When Jamuna's sister Suna was visiting recently, we bought some paint and decorated lighters, sunglasses, and pouches, among other things. Her lighter is on the far left. The one on the right has an Ital Hemp Wick, a smoking product that I promoted this summer at the festivals.

Hot Pink with Black Polka-Dots
This pink beanie can be worn as a baggy beret. It has vintage black sequins woven into it which creates a polka-dot effect. Unique and fun.
Brown and Red Back -To-School
Same style as the earlier Back -To-School hats. Bunchy top, baggy fit, and ribbed band. To create this chunky, two-toned tweed effect, I crochetted with two strands of different vintage, salvaged yarns.

Kid's Fuzzy Earflap Hat
Blue, green, turquoise, and purple are the colors that make up this uni-sex 1-4 years hat. Soft, fuzzy and warm, with earflaps and tassels.
Chunky Raspberry Beanie
This is a thick-knit baggy beanie. The yarn is very soft and made up of a few shades of brown and raspberry.
Open-Knit Sparkly Tam
This hat is black with green sparkles. I got the sparkly yarn in Mexico. It works nice as a little hair net.
Cotton Rainbow Tam
Bright yellow chartruse with red, green, and gold multi-colored yarn. 100% cotton. Open knit and "Granny Square" design at the top.
Jamuna Rosa French Beret
This beret was inspired by Jamuna's magenta hat, which she made with a rose flower at the top. This one is different because it has a brimmed edge all around. It is made with a beautiful brown sparkly gold yarn from France.
Dark Blue Tweed Wool Dread Cap!
Navy Blue is my new favorite hat color for this season. I still have this one in size med. dread. It has a nice open design on top. 100% wool.

BC High-grade Wool Fades
These wool hats are made with multicolored wool yarn that creates a color fading look. I got the yarns on Granby Island in Vancouver, BC. The yarn is actually from Japan. Pictured top to bottom: Green, Brown and Blue.
Vintage Brown Fade
This hat is made with some vintage yarns in shades of brown and red and gold. It is a size small dread hat. (Or baggy beanie, size large). Very Fall.
Pool Hat
I call this the pool hat because it reminds me of all the nice times I had this summer swimming at a beautiful pool in downtown Santa Cruz. It is made with white and blue velour yarn from my Aunt Punkin. It has a very soft texture almost like velvet meets terry cloth. It would be perfect for putting wet hair in after a swim! And even though it is October, the perfect warm days are still rolling in out here in California.

Black Gems
I made these hats with black rhinestones that came off a pair of used sandals. Below are the original sandals with my foot (pink) and my friend's (purple). The fit of the hat could be for dreads, or just wear it like a baggy beanie.
Rainbow Driftwood
Here is a beautiful beach that I went to in Victoria, BC. I loved all the driftwood, especially the crazy driftwood fence in the background.
Above is a oil pastel I did on a little piece of driftwood. Those are the Olympic Mountains. Below is a view of that idyllic day on the beach.
Below are the driftwood drawings. There are four animals and two landscapes done by my friends and I. I did the rainbow animal at the top. Jamuna did one I liked on redwood bark that looked like a topographic island. I liked leaving them there for people to find!
Above, a piece of rainbow driftwood that was inspiring. Someone at the beach said that it had been part of a cool fort. I would have liked to see the whole fort! Below is Jamuna, looking awesome and rockin her Africa cap and some beaded earrings I made in Peru.

Black Star Liner
This cap I made with ribbon I got in La Paz, Bolivia. These are the colors of the Bolivian flag, so this ribbon is everywhere there. The gold Africa is positioned off-center. Instant classic.
New Styles
Above is a dread hat with off-white and bright ites. It was inspired by my friend Swami who requested a cap with a vintage-Bob Marley look.
Above is a nice black dread hat with ribbing, inspired by another friend, Gumbo. Below is a hat that was inspired by a beautiful black girl I saw downtown Santa Cruz wearing these colors. Now that I look at it, I think this is the new red, gold and green beanie!

My Heart Hoodies
The one on the left I made with vintage mo-mo fabric and on the right I made with a scrap of fabric that I got from a friend in Peru. The hoodies had some ugly brand on the front so that takes care of that!
Twin Girl Babies
These two hats I made with yarn that my Auntie Punkin sent me. It's great when people give me old yarn that they can't use or don't want.
Oooo Laminates!
Here are some cool laminates that I just made for a party my friends are having. They also might be called VIP passes. I love getting out the markers and paper. The gold hearts are made with chocolate bar wrappers, the gold names are made with stickers, and I drew oak trees with hanging moss on them. Then I laminated them with clear tape. I think I will use yarn for the lanyards. Hope they look official!
